I might but I don't know if that would have a different result...I tried to make louder versions while testing this mod, yet the game limits the soundtrack in the main menu. Whenever I make the other versions of this theme, I'll test some stuff I learned while doing the Special Infected themes and see if it solves!

I actually tried to make it louder but it didn't work, I can try increasing the volume again, but if I increase too much, it clips and messes with the dynamics...though I'll be looking deep into this after I finish the escape themes D:

I can check the overall soundtracks of all my addons, because I've received many feedbacks where people says about it being loud, and others saying it's quiet...one think I am sure, the volume balancing of this game is messed up, some stuff are too loud, others too quiet, and I try the best to adapt my addons to every situation :(

could you make the music volume of all your addons a little higher and probably publish them separately, since playing at a low volume level with the maximum music volume, I can't hear well, the main setting also affects the music (I made the game volume lower because I can't hear friends because of the characters talking and loud screams zombies

Pfff leave it to me XD I added the banjo because it was planned for the...Dead Center's background I think...or uh...Swamp Fever, I'm not sure which one has the banjo, but yeah :D

Seems like the Main Menu theme, even the original one, is quiet...dunno why but it is a bit quiet for me too...tried to increase volume but didn't work :/

There are. Dead Center, Hard Rain, Swamp Fever, Dark Carnival and The Parish have some differences...when starting up L4D 2, notice which background is in and listen to the songs...it's thematic for each one! It's pretty cool :D
