no, navi can be found 70 feet away from the Riverwood entrance and 6 feet down.

I went to Riverwood right in the middle of a Dragon attack, and Navi died in battle.
Now I can't find her body so I can resurrect her, so... is there a way to spawn a new Navi, or do I need to find her body?
