Luckily easily worked around by giving the building a some breathing room or placing it on a straight road.
Other than that it works fine, other in that it's probably a tiny bit OP, not on cheat levels though, right now it it does the work of 2.5x basic vanilla water treatment plant at 2.5x the cost, but 0 pollution, so if because of that you instead compare it to the vanilla eco water treatment plant which is more alike, it does 5x the treatment capacity at 1.8x the cost and 0 pollution instead of combined 225 of 5x compartive eco treatment plants, it's also roughly 2,5x bigger than the vanilla treatment plants tho, so whatever I guess.
