367 is part of the original Klei code, but reading a bit of it, I realized I seem to have originally misinterpreted it. Cheers!
P.S. It seems like line 367 also has a bug (or at least you laid out your loot tables in a way that dosen't work with it). It chooses an integer between the first and second entry of the guarenteed item count table it's looking at, but the way you laid it out it seems like you want it to choose a random entry, not use count[1] and count [2] as a min and max value.
Somehow I got it in my head that this mod used to (almost exclusively) change DST from steering turning the entire boat, into just rotating sails, and got updated with a bunch of random content
apparently this mod https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2229630615 is making the entire boat turn with steering wheel and the default is sails only
I don't want all the added content but some feature of this I used to really enjoy and I can't remember what it was now lol

disabling the extra meat from fish setting i think fixed it and i was able to fish without issue

I'm 99% sure the grass gator buff is toggleable, but I'll check.
