Nice map! At first I thought that the "touchdown" move would involve the faithplate to yeet the cube into the funnel. Of course that's impossible to achieve without at least adding a deactivated state to the faithplate, but it would have been funny. Overall a fun puzzle that I overcomplicated at some points, but I got there in the end. Great work!

Thanks for playing! Indeed First and Goal is so much cleaner and expands a lot on this little thing, but this map has a special place in my heart because of the ending moves :) Thanks again!

Fun map. I also came from Libbybapa's version so it's a bit hard to assess this one on its own merits (and of course it was made much easier by the fact that I knew every step in advance) but I can see that this is a very well-designed and clever puzzle. Thumbs up.

Thanks for Playing! I guess I could've have made the extra connection but I couldn't make a pretty one with the antline routers. At least the button press itself is self-explanatory.

My poor companion... in the end he had to suffer multiple times just like the laser cube did before :steamsad:

The touchdown was pretty enjoyable.
Too bad I discovered the white panel above the exit somewhat late ^^

The only thing I miss is a signage for the companion cube dropper. (at the dropper itself)

@Joric Nice run, basically all intended you can do the double respawn setup much quicker if you get the companion cube up to the middle section first, but your method is perfectly valid. Thanks for playing!

@bullfrog Yep, that's all intended. There is a much quicker way of doing the setup for the double respawn by getting the companion cube up to the middle section first, but your method is just as valid.
@Miami Mike I can assure you that the puzzle itself really isn't that different, It's still the same portal surfaces in the same areas and the same cubes landing in the same overall sections, but repositioned slightly to avoid skips. Feel free to ask for hints or watch Bullfrog's solution if you're stuck.

Miami Mike, it is quite normal that and author will make corrections to new maps that have shortcuts in order to enforce the intended solution. Pretty weird thing to complain about IMO.

I like the change to the way you get the cube to the middle section, but with using the funnel to drop the cube onto the funnel reverse button, IMO it should be a trigger button. The portal surface to the side of the respawn button is still an issue. I tried to mention that before, 'reducing the size or eliminating the white by the spawn button'. @Libbybapa Your first solution video is basically all intended apart from your way of getting the laser cube up to the middle section. There's a more intricate way in the new version. I really don't know how I managed to miss that, but it should be good now. Massive thanks for finding the bugs!

@Mikeastro Thanks for playing! I think the companion cube only makes that "singing" noise only when this track plays, the same way the song "I'm Different" has melody changes when turrets are destroyed. I thought it was cute so I kept it in.

Here's one more logical break that is similar to SteemStream's but a little more involved: https://youtu.be/TO6V3_UkZdM I believe that could be prevented by eliminating the grated surface that can be used to pull the cube off the lift button.

I believe I solved it as intended. Quite a nice puzzle, that I did not find so easy, but perhaps that's just me being slow at solving puzzles at 3AM :P Only when I contemplated why the companion cube spawned in such a strange way did I realise what to do. It's a shame that the companion cube made that annoying sound that interfered with the music, I wonder how that happened. Anyway, thumbs up :]

I do not believe the portal surfaces to the sides of the entry are ever necessary. I think that eliminating those and reducing the size or eliminating the white by the spawn button would prevent that shortcut.

Awesome stuff! I loved how you have to revisit each area a number of times to progress the positioning of the cubes, and that double respawn at the end was very cool :D Great job, this is a fun map (and btw I did not do what Libby did in their video)
