I have error logs if you need to check to see if your mods conflicting with others, because i have no clue what to look for, let me know or DM if you would be able to help me help you?
Have you tried starting a new game with just a few mods enabled? If you're disabling mods mid-match, it could cause problems. Not sure, just offering some tips. Sorry for all the trouble.
Specifically it wouldn't crash it just wouldn't actually save the noise wouldn't occur when saving and no new save file or overwrite would occur.
"The game may not properly register the vanilla game map sizes and/or difficulty options due to their names being changed (e.g. (53x53) Huge, Impossible (AI: +100 Loyalty, +4 Unit Levels)). This will only affect you if you are trying to go for a steam achievement that requires doing something on a specific size map and/or difficulty (e.g. Who Guards the Guard? Win a solo game on impossible difficulty against Astra Militarum on a huge map). Just disable this mod if attempting an achievement like this."
UNIT PACK: tau empire after i deactivadet this one it worked
One of my friends with a lower end PC is still recovering from whiplash and shrapnel wounds from trying to connect to the servers.
Another friend of mine who plays on a laptop (a pretty good one) is currently undergoing radio therapy for replicating the Demon Core Incident.
On a different note, we figured it has something to do with the spawning mechanic for Neutral AI, by reducing the amount of them on the map we managed to get a game going at least on the 70/70 map. (Or whichever size it was in that range.) I'm not entirely sure what's going on with the percentage increases, could be in the right direction or a goose chase.
Setting aside that though, I love the choices this mod gives towards difficulty in the AI, taking away their 100+ loyalty on insane difficulty has made a huge difference.
It's a cool idea though. There's a good chance someone else has made a mod that increases the starting unit counts for all the factions/races. I myself have done the opposite for my "To the Last" mod, to try playing Gladius without any cities.
