Cargo Ships are multiplying ... I think it's a bug.. maybe........ I have 64 cargo ships in the end...

yeah then I have no clue. I pushed out an update for the units- maybe that will fix your issue? The only thing I can think of is a code oversight or mod conflict. Any chance you could enable logging and see if you have any errors in lua.log if the same issue happens again? https://forums.civfanatics.com/threads/how-to-enable-logging.487482/

Yes I have the promotion - it always say 0 captives

However, capturing cities works fine for me. I receive the captives like normal. Do you have the promotion on your naval ships like in the 5th screenshot?

@kensw: Thanks for the report. Apparently I broke something in the most recent update like a dumbass. Will fix tonight, sorry for the inconvenience. And i'll increase the weakness modifier on the qursan hopefully that'll make it feel stronger.

I have been giving your mod a try.
A few things
After two wars - several cities captured by Qursan - numerous ships sunk - many barbarian ships sunk - I have never gotten a Captive - might be caused by some other mod ( I run at least 8/9 other mods ) or could be bugged???
I have seen gold taken by ships.
The Qursan seems weak ? Could use a bit of a buff.
Perhaps replace that Mazzmorra with another pirate ship - earlier or later tech either way

Mod is Ok but needs something to make the civ stand out more.
