With the stripes, I was going for a Circus/Carnival tent kind of vibe. But I also took inspiration from the team coloured stripes that can be found in the carnival of carnage bumper car event.

The dark grey part of the texture is supposed to represent the back pit that's underneath the bumper car stadium, and the shiny specks represent the "ghost eyes" that lurk underneath.

Colours are nicely balanced indeed, but I don't see the carnival theme anywhere in this warpaint. Pattern looks more like peppermint candy cane
