the frell you talk about? This mod works... how about making a CUSTOM NATION for once and look into the quiet VAST sprite list?... for me it was near the bottom of the list, 6th last or so. And yes, i just started it with this mod active.. the name of the sprites is even collored blue so one see's them in the list.

It could be that you need a DLC or so for it to work, that i dont know.

I wouldnt be able to play eu4 without this mod. although i always stop using it in my campaigns when i reach military sprite 3-4 because they look sexier, maybe you should try making more details to this mod in the future, more hair colours or something.

To replace all of the units with maids instead of only one country, replace the first paragraph of code:
