Make a separate mod for 1.4.4 with only the suffixes, just like Fargo's Enemy Modifiers, this one is really fun, but i don't use the items, only use the mod because of the suffixes.

Hmmm config file for this mod seem ot missing a lot about the loot/looting options... Sadly not a big fan of the added items but do love the added challenges of the Prefixes and Suffixes

the "Immortal" modifier was the bane of one of my playthroughs. It could affect boss summons, and take an otherwise survivable encounter into an un-fun experience. Loved every other modfier, but strongly reccomend removing or adding a toggle for this one.

Like some other people have said, being able to turn off loot drops would be nice. An option for bosses getting prefixes would also be nice as a toggle-able thing

Otherwise I like this mod a lot, I just don't really dig being able to get absurd drops way earlier than I should just because I wanted to play with some fun enemy modifiers

Bring back the ability for bosses to have prefixes!!! I've been getting back into modded Terraria lately and this is one of my favorite mods because of the extra challenge it gives. Especially with the chance for bosses to get majorly buffed up. Sure it can be annoying if you get launched into the air or the boss becomes immortal but thats part of the fun! Trying to beat the twins but they're immortal and you run out of time? I say skill issue. Just re-summon them the next night and hope they don't get the immortal prefix. Its not even that hard to find boss summons, grindy perhaps but not hard at all.

Just like modded Minecraft! I agree, the yeeting has to stop. I'm here for a challenge not a rage quit. Definitely needs a blacklist for sure. Wouldn't mind the option to disable loot drops too

also I don't see much of a problem with bosses getting prefixes except for that one that lifts you in the air and yeets you, because it almost stunlocks you permanently.
I'd love to see a simple blacklist for which enemies can't get prefixes and maybe an option to toggle boss prefixes on or off! also, Eater of Worlds still gets prefixes and since each of his segments counts as an enemy it can get a little ridiculous, but it does make the boss a lot more interesting.
Don't listen to the rude people complaining about the mod they just installed themselves if you can, this mod is pretty awesome, though it has a few issues.

What goddamn prefix allows the enemy to telepathically lift and yeet you, seriously, they add nothing to the gameplay other than annoyance

pretty cool mod, though I'd love to see a config option that disables the custom loot as I find it a bit overpowered that you can get a full master ninja gear in phm, also I find some of the damage numbers the prefixes projectiles deal to be in the hundreds, highest I saw was 790, from a pre-hardmode mob(not Dungeon Guardian)

If I could make a suggestion, perhaps a config that would allow disabling prefixes (Mainly looking at the insane demon scythe going mach jesus at you) would help out. I'd also probably like to see hardmode rewards not being dropped in pre hardmode :)

Hey y'all, I saw your complaints and did a ton of rebalancing. I made the prefixes less deadly and bosses can no longer get prefixes.

bosses getting certain mods are completly busted and insane, dont know how anyone thought giving them a choice of ALL the mods would be fun, but my main complaint here is the loot, id like a slider or some sort of options to limit the loot they drop, i was getting hell stone and items i should have had NO access to on my first 5 mins of the game, not fun imo simply due to that, if i want any and all items in the game all i need to do is sit near my home with a murder hole for like 30 mins tops and i can move to hardmode and rinse and repeat

Does this mod even work? when the enemies spawn in with increased health they just take a ton of damage in a single hit and revert to their base stats

you need to exclude immortal modifier on Bosses it makes them unkillable and extremely unfair

Whoever told you the modifiers that give enemies projectiles that straight up oneshot you were a good idea, you need to cut ties with them.

Here is how this mod can be improved:
- Option to toggle bosses getting modifiers (Set to disabled by default)
- Making projectiles do less damage in pre-hardmode
- Blacklisting modifiers and enemies
- Nerfing some of the weapons that are rewarded in this mod (So it's balanced)
- Locking certain modifiers behind progression
I'm not expecting you to make these changes overnight, take as long as you need!

you may want to add progress scaling to the damage the projectile mods do. because as it stands, you will end up getting one-shot by a stray projectile that does nearly 300 damage

I got full set of Ninja Master Gear before I kill Slime King and it feels quite weird,I believe they hop into my inventory after I reap grass.:steammocking:

I have a problem with some of the modifier stuff. Some projectiles almost one shot me in expert mode hardmode when fighting destroyer since all his segments each have a modifier. Maybe tone down the damage these do?

Can you please gate some of the modifiers behind progression? I lost a fight to Plantera when the Lunatic Cultist dragon showed up and 1 shot me. I should only fight it post-Golem...

i love this mod a lot, but it makes it virtually impossible to play hard mode with it on since a bullet or demon sickle etc. can kill you instantly

Fixed the suffixes not showing. This would cause the issue where debuffs would seemingly be added out of nowhere (it's within a radius of the enemy)

I believe there is a modifier that just applies 4 debuffs permanently onto you?
If so, it's ridiculous to expect someone to survive pre-hardmode and also kill them before you die

The Hybrid Blade seems broken and apparently Target Dummies can get modifiers, since at times, it would hurl projectiles at me, which were consistent with the modifiers in the game that do this, such as the boomerang prefix.

There is a prefix that doesn't show when I hover over it. It's the prefix where the monster lifts you into the air and then throws you like a mile away. Just thought you should know.

After some more play...The tokens for special items, seems to be a good idea. Problem is that the rewards are not at all balanced. Also, it seems to be linger some testing items...
I still like this mod A LOT, but I definitely think it deserves more love and some fixing, and tinkering.

Having a lot of issue with some of the modifiers and what npc can have them.

modifiers:
* Bets's fireball attack does 600 damage and fires off way too fast. either heavily nerf this or just add a configurable blacklist for modifiers.
* The modifier that makes your character float, before throwing them (all ways to the right) is incredibly annoying. It's really difficult to track down what NPC is causing it, and they can be far off screen and still do it. The effect is fine, just maybe make it happen on contact damage only?
* One of the modifiers causes the NPC to become ethereal and chase down the player, dealing massive damage, I think its based on the Goblin Summoner AI. This one just seems a bit OP.

NPCs:
All critters, Town NPCs and boss segments (EOW) can have your modifiers. Yesterday my dryad was casing me to be thrown away from my house every second while trying to craft something. What am I to do, dump lava on her? I just think this mod would be a lot better if fireflys and town NPC could't have modifiers. It just makes the experience tedious.

Weapons:
Not all of them, but a lot of them still seem OP, The anchor magic book considering how early you can get it can easily kill WOF on expert, the shards magic book also has too high damage, but this one needs a buff on the gravity of the projectiles, they fall too quickly I think.

It's a fun mod, and thanks for making it. But a few more options in the config, and balancing needs to be done to reduce frustration, thanks.

There is no way to disable added loot, this is very sad.
And npc's can spawn with a hostile modifier, which is not logical.
However, otherwise mod is excellent and long-awaited, I hope author will improve settings (add option to disable new loot)

hey creator of this mod, im just wondering i just downloaded the mod, im not sure ifthis is a thing but you should add a feature where these enimies have a 0.25% chance to drop a aspect of their modifier, aka an accesory that makes you that rare enemy type. totally didnt take this from risk of rain 1 and 2

Are my NPC's still able to get modifiers, or was that fixed? Been a week or so since I have last used the mod, and noticed there wasn't any mention in the patch notes.
