I'm not sure how to extract Anarchy Reigns models since the game isn't on pc

Not for Nick sadly, instead it'll still be Leo, but the coming week looks to be a rough one as I need to sort out my college classes and find a new job quickly without trapping myself. ^ ^'
I at the very least hope to get a certain Travis iteration out by the time NMH 3 releases to somewhat meet my self-imposed deadline. All the survivors I planned will still be a thing no matter what as well, regardless of how long it takes. I just hope people get the memo. u-u

They've been portable for a while, though it took me quite a bit of digging to find out how. You essentially use a platinum games Noesis plugin to open the extracted .dats from the game's ISO. :p
