The HUD is private and the icons are from a mod Urik Kane made, with a name so bland and forgettable, I can't even tell you what it was.
Those are two separate mods and the closest you can get to what I use is by searching Urik Kane's GameMaps profile for those icons and then finding Funreal's colored HUD segments on his GameMaps profile and fix them yourself.

How about remembering this model has a pistol grip that doesn't look good on most animations?
