"Noble Sergeant" is a contradiction in medieval terms

I think the concept of this Mod was very intriguing, to enable non-NPC hires to add Party Skill buffs to the group's effort, as I see in screenshot that the Viscount example could raise the Party's Tactics skill. If the Dev (who was busy in university last year) were to revisit this mod and update it, I would recommend this change: Find a way to factor purchases of a Noble, for costs-per-Renown scaled as contrasting to Renown. For example, you could have zero Renown and hire the Noble but at Extreme/Maximum Purchase cost (weekly rent still same/same no matter Renown level), but costs to purchase scale down as you have more Renown to a minimum threshold (for example, the minimum purchase cost could then be at your 500/800 Renown thresholds).

This is a great mod. Is there a way to add 'shout commands' like in native redux mod? That mod uses bannerlord sounds to shout commands.

@Nine_Tigers, i don't really see your point, noble troops are really expensive and kinda hard to get from upgrading recruits all the way to Noble Sergeant, so lets start by the principle that its not that easy nor cheap to get them. Secondly, based on history, it was common to see several lesser nobility fighters in medieval armies, however, in my mod, as i have played, they are the minority in Lord's ranks. It hurts me that you describe something like that to me, as i made everything to make Knights, Noble Sgt, Captains, Jarls, to be very exclusive...

Just wondering what you were thinking here. Noble "troops" were Knights historically. There was never that many of them compared to peasants/commoners. So a huge noble army couldn't happen.

I like the mod! is there any chance you could add the new faces? It's not important I'm just asking :)
