Please make your common, common/traits, icons, and localisation folders lowercase, capitalization breaks the mod on OSX and Linux

@NaCl I've tweaked the existing traits in this mod, and uploaded an alternate version with the traits you suggested.

There's also the issue of point cost for traits like that. If a trait has roughly equal benefits and drawbacks, then I usually give it a cost of 0, which also means it doesn't take trait picks. However, since the assembly speed is probably a greater benefit than the assembly cost is a drawback, I'd probably just lower the cost to 2 points.

Then I also have to consider my cheap/expensive traits, which I shouldn't simply remove since some people are probably using them in existing saves. If I went ahead with your idea, i'd probably just reduce the point cost to 3.

Maybe, Change the speed to somehting like

"Rushed Production" +35% Growth, BUT, +60% Assembly Cost,
Like they were hastilly rushed out, but at the cost of being efficient

The assembly speed may be a bit much. What if I changed the assembly speed to 33%, while doubling the assembly cost to 100% (and leaving the cheap trait alone so the traits double and halve the costs respectively)?

A bit OP in my opinion, +50% Pop assembly cost is not as much as it sounds,
And +40% Pop Assembly speed is MASSIVE
