No, actually, but it wouldn't be hard to rig. Throttle control is direct and via electric motor, so if you want reverse it's as simple as editing the throttle lever to have a negative range. Depth keeping won't be happy about it, though.
Exterior lights absolutely destroy performance. I left them there for the look but they aren't super useable. Sure that isn't what you're turning off/on? I don't get much FPS change from anything else.
