why are the EU flags depicted as they should in building menu but when you build them they're something else (a white star on a blue background) ? Is it normal ?

Am I able to have a pawn hold some of the banners? Anyone know of a mod that does that? I'm trying to get my soldiers a guidon bearer for my military colony.

LNBalestra - Does it need one? All it adds is a few items/structures and their associated textures. In theory 1.5 shouldn't break their functionality because... well, they're just cosmetics, there is no real functionality other than building them.
