You can't place those white housing in game like on last blender renders as roof edges extends besides footprint and generated bounding box forces at least half meter gap between them, that looks terible. I'm making starting town and it already took three times longer than I hoped for, just to match buildings together.
I prefer colissions too, but then bounding box must be perfect. Standalone are fine with it, but those designed to be placed tight are better without. Plus it helps with placing on slopes.

I'll update this soon, personally, I prefer buildings with collision, but as it stands, I am not even able to use the buildings that much.

I'll remove the easter egg at the City Hall too, it's a mistake on my part.

Removing colission or triming roof edges would help a lot with positioning.

Thank you for this great collection. There seems to be a problem with the train stations. Even though they are in my city centre people barely use them. There is always less than 20 people on that station. I have the feeling that the capacities of the stations are 12 and 16 instead of 120 and 160.

Pretty much every narrow building has bad collision, even the shops. Maybe you forgot to publish your update idk.

pretty much all the narrow buildings (the ones I think you just mentioned) I haven't really tested the others. Anyway if what you're saying is true then the problem should be fixed, I'll check tomorrow

The small shops have collisions disabled, the rest are not. Which ones do you have problems placing?
