I don't have that issue so I'm not sure why you're getting it. Try mounting Black Mesa as a game, or reinstall the addon

This is actually pretty good. The glock and revolver especially, you can see the power behind those just from the OOMF of the kick they have.

Especially TFA version for Black Mesa weapons. But the guy who convert to c hand is a total Albert Einstein brain level until he couldn't tell anybody his method.

I think Black mesa rig c hands to Gmod is impossible now. Because I tried a QCI for this then suddenly most of the bones for the wrist are separated from SCI_Forearm. So yeah It's needs rerigging or next level knowledge for convert to c hands with Blender or qc.

There's a weapon pack for this already on the workshop but its incredibly low effort, it has missing sounds and the some of the texture are weird and stretched, plus only a couple of the guns are in there
