I hope it's made as a low density commercial asset because there was a similar asset made here in the workshop by another modmaker named conno a couple years ago but he unfortunately decided to make it a Unique Building instead of low density commercial which bummed me out from subscribing to his asset. Nice asset as always, luminou. Remember the fast food restaurants I suggested to you before? They also should be made under this category of Low Density Commercial as well.
