this mod prevents the new sounds added in repentance+ from being played due to the way the sounds.xml is formatted, if you can't hear the new sound effects it's probably this mod

A fun side effect of this mod is that you get laughed at if you lose Perfection (and by consequence, dying with it if you're The Lost)

absolutely the worst with range down on an already low range character

idk, I like how it activates during the Isaac fight, even if unintentional. It's like how the Bonk noise when smacking enemies also activates during the Mother fight.

the reason it plays on isaac and a few other bosses is simply because the sound effect for bad pills is also played in those boss fights and there's really nothing i can do about it which kinda sucks but y'know :/

For some reason the Isaac boss fight keeps playing the laugh track. It kind of enhances the experience but it'd be good to know what's causing this

Not sure why it's crashing anyone's games because there's only like 2 files and it's working for a bunch of other people, my best guess it that there's a conflicting mod

@TheCooLuke the same thing happens for item pick up sound mods so once you have this mod along with an item pickup sound mod its pure chaos and its perfect

this is cool and funny, however for some boss fights and just some items or enemies in general make the same sound effect, which is funny, but would like it to maybe be changed for the voice clip of the bad pill instead of the sound effect, because there's some pills like re-lax which isn't bad, but still makes the same sound.
