2.7 Update is now out on the MAIN CLIENT, not just the opt-in beta anymore. Do you think you could find time to update the tooltips accordingly?

That's a side effect of the way the game works.

Techs can scale in a number of ways, of interest here are Percent and BasePercent.
BasePercent modifies by a proportion of the base total, meaning that yes, getting 10x 10% techs is +100% to the base value.
Percent instead modifies by a proportion of the current value, and is used by levy and conscripts. Therefore, the final training time modification is given by 100% * 0.8^12, which ends with units training in about 6.8% of their original time.

For levy and conscript tech, the description is impossible.
I use also a second tech (triple tech mod), allowing me to research 3 times each tech.
Problem : if levy and conscript are at -20%, then having research all tech (6), it should get ti -120%... so I suppose the units are created before I click the icon?

The way this works is by editing the language files (default would be AoM/Language/en/en-language.txt) and the modded version will be in AoM/mods/Advanced Tooltips/en/language. The problem is that all the unmodified strings are still in English in the modded file, so extracting all the edited ones via script would be the best way to go so that you can put them into the Spanish file.

Mistakes I've noticed so far:

He Bo's advance message from other players isn't changed - he gives Geyser.
Various annoying minor grammar/spacing things (eg: uproot)
Chinese economy (peasants and gardens) are nerfed 5% from the values shown (not sure how I missed this one!)
Classical markets missing from Nu Wa's text

I did most of the GPs either by looking at the proto (things like uproot, barrage etc just spawn units which do things), techtree or experimentally.

There's a couple of other places that need checking - the animation data, for units that attack more than once per animation (which do double the damage shown on the interface in-game, such as the chu ko nu, fire giant and heka gigantes). Come to think of it I didn't actually check these beyond the chu ko nu, and a quick hacky script to parse all these turned up nothing new.

The other place is the victory condition script, which is in Age of Mythology\trigger2\version 2.4\basicvcnomain.xs. This file includes extendedmechanics.xs in the same folder and is responsible for some tsunami damage and qilin healing.

That said, I'm not quite sure why behemoths deal 50% more damage than they apparently should. That one is a bit of a mystery, hopefully I'm not missing something that affects other units too.

Most of raw values are in /data/proto2.5.xml and /data/techtree2.5.xml (under your steamapps folder). The definitions of God powers are stored in the separate folder /god powers/ . Some values, such as gathering rates when there are multiple villagers, are probably measured by hand.

MAX is the maximum number of that unit you can make (which for Labourer is 80). Not sure what "LOT" is, if you mean "LOS" it is Line of Sight - how far a unit can see.
