just a nitpick but shouldn't an empire captain have buffs to state troops too?

Small request - in the latest version of Mixu's lord mods, he introduced a new type of warrior priest for Talabecland, the Warrior Priest of Taal. Do you think there's any chance you could make a submod to add your new skills to his skill tree?
