I made a fatal mistake at first
Porting the model
All the textures mapping are cant be fixed
Its my very first npc
And when i make it
I made a fatal mistake for the textures
The animations are all hand made, copying the actual animations per frames
Deep down i wanna play the game first
For Yhorm, i reanimated the animations
So it looks different
For Pontiff its all ported
But since i have little knowledge of him
The attacks moves different
Someone already commented on it
Textures on the other hand is fatally broken
I had to manually weigh them all
And the UV broke, while i cut and reattach the mesh
Pontiff proportions should be okay
I use ds3 enemies comparison vid as reference
No doubt its more dynamic
But seems more complex
As for the npc
I port the model and textures from the actual game
Ive tried to port the animations but no luck until mayhem told me about what he used for his npcs
I reanimate the animations myself
And as for sounds, no luck, ive recycled some of his stuff
I made pontiff sulyvahn npc (check my workshop!) Using a different animation method
Would be great to see improvements made on this, it's a fairly decent start to the project. One more question; did you port directly from DS3 or did you make various things from scratch?
Although the moveset is a basic one
Walk, run, dodge, random attack
If the possessor gun doesnt work
Use "take control" via the context menu
