Can there be some where the flags are grayed out?
For the most part, most modern military's don't wear the flag in full color for combat uniforms, they usually grey them out, or make it match their camo.
Here's a high res example:

We have discovered for Ace the headsets don't get the hearing protection they should according the model and the RHS object they are based on. At least for RHS based helmets it should inherit from the _pelt class variant as that gets hearing protection in ACE
Can this be fixed?
Not a problem, I will try to incorporate all your suggestions. Still busily collecting camo instead of modding it, but am coming back round. I'm currently working on new Greek Lizard
@Danizy - no. Use the Hogs Gloves mod, that will sort you out.
@The Lemming - no, I'm trying to keep the whole thing a bit more contemporary.
Any plans to add gloves to the models in T-shirts?
And it's APL-SA.

@AZOV. You took more words to defend your point of view than what you did to ask in the first place. "Feature when" comments are the bane of modders and developers, not just me. That said, Iran has so many different uniforms that I guarantee the one I introduced would be the one people had problems with. If you are prepared to show me a link to the uniforms you are interested in I'll think about it
Simo [C.E.S.A] Sure, I'll look into it
@Danizy sorry mate they're a personal retexture of MILGP. I'll see if I can incorporate it into my mod properly
@Disco thanks for the tip, I will incorporate this ASAP.

Q - Can I retexture TPW UNIFORMS?
A - Yes, but do the right thing with credits. I'd prefer you link it to TPW UNIFORMS, but if you want to make it standalone by including the required files don't pass it off as your work.
Q - Where's the left shoulder patch support?
A - Stop f@#$ing asking me this. Just be happy you get patch support at all, many uniform mods don't. It will come when/if it comes.
Q - Where's the ACE Arsenal support?
A - I don't use ACE.
