it would be cool if there was a mod that allows you to reduce friendly fire, not switching it off at all

You probably either have another mod that uses the same cvar or you're not hosting a server.

One of your mods or even a map may be changing the same cvars making my mod useless and the worst part is there is no easy way to find out which mod is doing that :/

It's only effective agains't fire that was caused by you or your friends

is it possible at all to have fire and stuff still do damage, just not bullets? Not saying you have to do it, I'm just curious if it's even at all possible
