Hi, this mod is causing the following error:

what exactly is the buff for Protector's Tenacity besides the protection to all vanilla environments?

@RDKateran Iirc that's a planned feature yeah, for my part I only really intend to have the Protector's Staff have an upgrade to it, maybe.

I can only assume that the Starforge will eventually provide upgrade recipes for weapons that can be brought up to tier 8, like the armor from it can. Should that happen, will the Protector weapons from Project Redemption also be upgradeable in that manner?

@RDKateran the only thing I could think of is that maybe this mod wasn't loading after starforge on your end for some reason? It certainly sounds like a resub would have probably fixed the issue here lol.

The follow-up quest also worked properly. Wish I knew what caused Remnants I to break in the first place though.

Should a starbound log mention anything about the quest when it starts? Because from everything I can see in the logs I've looked at, it doesn't just not list an error cropping up, it's not listing anything at all for the quest in the log. Even though I get the prompt in-game whenever I pick up the staff component.

Yeah, I'm using the Steam version. I can't think of anything else that'd even affect Starforge and this mod together though. The only other Starforge-associated mod I use is the Enhanced Storage compatibility patch... I guess I could remove that and see if that somehow affects Creighton.

Well, that didn't work. Only thing I can think of now is a mod conflict... or the version of Starforge I'm running somehow being different from the one being used for this quest.

@RDKateran yeah, it might be best to abandon it, toss out the quest item for it, and see if it'll work when picking it back up again

I should also note, my current objective step is to talk to Creighton, but when I go to the Outpost, the objective compass doesn't appear and point towards him.

Finally found a planet with the Protectorate Lab on it and acquired that staff component, but now I have a new problem: while it did give me the quest, I can't get Creighton to react to it and continue on, despite the objective telling me to talk to him at the Thalasso Outpost.

@Horus Gemini The latest update to Project Redemption has changed how the Protector's armor techs are applied now, they'll only overwrite your pre-existing techs when an armor piece is put on for the first time, and the techs are now designed to stick to the player and be fully unlocked without having to resort to duplicate techs being secretly unlocked too. You should find the armor techs in your tech consol , possibly with the old duplicates too, doesn't make any different which you use.

I've unfortunately had to sacrifice the illusion of the techs being tied into the armor itself completely, but this way they're applied in a much more clean manner so to speak and it also allows for people to swap out for other techs while wearing the Protector's set without needing to use the tech disabler patch.

@RDKateran Funnily enough, the exalted Protector's set once had augment support, but after some minor revamping one of the more recent starforge updates made to them, I had to disable augment support for them.

Coming across this mod and the Starforge together definitely caught my eye.

And as a side effect, it's weaning me off of using both the Spelunking EPP and Augment Slots for Armor mods, since none of the gear from Starforge makes use of augment slots. Go figure.

@Spacefarer ignore this error, its unavoidable to have the log complain about the method I used to effectively remove the Protector's set recipe from the replicator
