I'm also here because of issues with naming babies born from eggs. Glad this mod is around to resolve that issue!

Thankyou. I kept forgetting to name the babies in time and I had like 3 pawns all called "Baby".

Very nice mod! I was using the Vanilla Races Expanded mod doing the Saurid mother scenario and when the eggs hatched I couldn't name them for some reason, so they were all stuck named "Baby". Glad to have the option to change it!

Okay after some testing I think I found the problem. It removes the ability to change a pawns title if its been automaticly chosen in any way. So yeah, the automatic titles mod is part of the problem, but I found out that even children with biotech won't let me change their title either.

Still no errors I can see.

I don't know, I mean step 1 is click the button to rename the pawn, and step 2 is the field to change their title is just gone no where to be seen but my ever failing memory.
I don't see errors when trying to rename them so I can't point to if its possible compatibility error.


Okay while typing this out, I realized it could be the automatic titles mod where pawns will give themselves their own title depending on what their stats. I'll have test it, but at this rate, I suggest don't bother trying to fix this bug. I'll just work with it for now, and if I figure out what mod could be doing it (if that's even the case, I could just be my system being stupid or me playing in window mode for all I know), I'll come back and let you know.

I tested this on the latest version of the game, and everything still worked well for me.
Could you please provide more information about what is not working for you? If possible, please provide a video or step-by-step instructions on how to reproduce the bug that you have encountered.

I need this when my colonists married and the game glitched. I set it so that the wife always takes the husband's name, but it glitched, causing no name changes to occur. Thank you for making it!
