I recommend you to take blender first and search for FREE tutorials all over internet and youtube.
There is a lot of tutorials you follow step by step.
Once you feel confident about 1 3d program , every other one , let say Maya , 3dsmax ..etc are the same but with a different shape.
3D programs are expensive, do not buy it when starting to learn.
Also, there is some hmm.... "alternative way" to get paid professional tutorial videos (1 pack of 50videos for exemple) that explain everything .
