Ohh, the info is actually hidden in one of the screenshots. Appearantly you'd need electrical energy or gas as fuel. Which doesn't make an awful lot of sense given you get access to eletricity or gas way later than lvl 20.
CrEaToXx 31 Oct, 2024 @ 9:08am
What do I need? Propellant? Electrical Power? What?
CrEaToXx 31 Oct, 2024 @ 9:08am
The Engram doesn't tell me I need to power that pot, so how do I even know that I need to power it, other than from reading the "unpowered" label?
CrEaToXx 31 Oct, 2024 @ 9:07am
Would someone please have mercy with my raging brain and tell me how to power that xp kibble pot? Seriously, just put a detailed description on your page how to actually run that pot. You wrote a wall of text about virtually anything else, except on how to run that pot. No info in game either.
Don oso 28 Dec, 2023 @ 3:32pm
what freaking kiblle do i need to create the yellow one im putin the yellow kiblle to create but it dont work whyyy??????
The Dragon King 8 Oct, 2023 @ 3:39pm
same as tomyallen here any chance we can get an increase in water on the xp kibble cooker maybe like 10k or 100k or something much higher so we can craft more then just 10 at a time.

this is what it looks like
https://i.gyazo.com/9cc338c9210ea83f35864e94fb10efb2.jpg

although i can craft kibble at 100's at a time as for broths i can only do 10 at a time due to probably the water max amount in the pot
Tomyallen 11 Aug, 2022 @ 7:49pm
@Poppernox So I finally got around to testing. My water capacity is still capped at 1000 rather than 10k so only 10 kibble/broth at a time.

I tested with both S+ pipes and Vanilla and I created an entirely new pot. Not sure what else to do? Is it something I should modify in Ini?
Poppernox  [author] 25 Jun, 2022 @ 9:15am
@JackGenesisX - Dinos only.
JackGenesisX 25 Jun, 2022 @ 7:16am
These Kibble can only be eaten by dinos or also by the player?
Poppernox  [author] 24 Jun, 2022 @ 7:35pm
@Om3ga - are you using any mod (stack mod?) that alters the black pearl resource? We just tested and regular black pearls are working fine, also black pearls using Haze Stacks mod works fine... if you're using amod that alters resources improperly, that could cause the cooker to not recognize it.
Om3ga 21 Jun, 2022 @ 7:22am
Does anybody know thy it says that there is not any black pearls

Tomyallen 23 May, 2022 @ 2:40pm
@Poppernox Thank you! This will make a big difference!
Poppernox  [author] 21 May, 2022 @ 1:00pm
@Tomyallen - Sorry it has taken so long, but we finally looked into the max broth crafting issue you reported and updated it. Should be good to go now.
Poppernox  [author] 26 Mar, 2022 @ 8:25am
@Tomyallen - we'll look into that.
Poppernox  [author] 26 Mar, 2022 @ 8:24am
@kma495180 did you get it figured out? Still having problems? Can you post a video online and share the URL here?
kma495180 15 Mar, 2022 @ 1:49pm
Would you be able to assist me, please?

I have your mod installed and the crafting station placed in my world. I have it irrigated AND powered via generator... however NOTHING is craft-able. It is all greyed out as if I did not meet the requirements of power or water, but I have both hooked up to the station.
Tomyallen 7 Mar, 2022 @ 7:53pm
Alright so really just getting rolling with the mod properly now that my newest base is rolling in resources lol

Noticed that the Kibble Broths only cook 10 at a time...even if there are enough resources in the pot for 100+. The Kibble itself will craft over 100 at a time no issues.

It's super inconvenient for mass producing...the very thing I am attempting. I don't want to have to babysit the pot...especially when I have to make it all the way to Tek Kibble.

All documentation links to Google Docs are now broken... See discussions about malicious links as to why.
EuphoricGaming 6 Dec, 2021 @ 8:57am
Yeah I will try it again, I think there was possibly a mod conflict :) I'll let you know! I was trying to do a mod showcase and it was just not wanting to work. Youtuber Curse TBH. Every time you try something it gets camera shy.
Poppernox  [author] 6 Dec, 2021 @ 7:30am
@EuphoricGaming - Yes, lystros still lay eggs. Solardox just jumped in game, force-tamed a bunch of lystros, set them up with an Oviraptor and sped up time. It took a bit, but several of them laid eggs. BTW - fertilized lystro eggs work too! Not sure why you're having issues with lystro eggs. Regarding you saying "nothing was craftable"... Did you power the station? It requires electricity or gasoline. Otherwise, can you be more specific?
EuphoricGaming 21 Nov, 2021 @ 6:49pm
I tried to do a mod spotlight and nothing was craftable - do lystro still lay lystro eggs?
Poppernox  [author] 21 Nov, 2021 @ 2:36pm
EeveePlaysYT - Maybe - we'll think about it. We used to do videos on YouTube for Ark but burnt out on it. We haven't done one in just over a year.
Poppernox  [author] 21 Nov, 2021 @ 2:34pm
EuphoricGaming - not sure what you're referring to. I can't find anything about wildcard changing lystro eggs. Perhaps you have a mod installed that's doing what you're saying?
Spicie 20 Nov, 2021 @ 11:13am
I still get eggs just fine
EuphoricGaming 20 Nov, 2021 @ 10:53am
Lystro don't lay lystro eggs it converts them to the new egg type / small / xsmall / regular -- I forget which one it converts it to , but eggs aren't separated anymore by egg type
Spicie 17 Nov, 2021 @ 11:00am
why cant you get lystro eggs?
EuphoricGaming 16 Nov, 2021 @ 11:21pm
the mod seems broken... nothing is craftable?
EuphoricGaming 16 Nov, 2021 @ 11:16pm
Lystro eggs are no longer a thing you can get -- which egg do we use?
Primordial Dragon 13 Nov, 2021 @ 4:45pm
can you make a showcase video that shows how to use it and how it works, thanks
Spicie 12 Nov, 2021 @ 3:35pm
hey if you guys are on the modding discord, I'm super curious how you did the graphing for the tek kibble
Spicie 12 Nov, 2021 @ 3:23pm
Thats the one! Thanks!
Solardox  [author] 12 Nov, 2021 @ 3:07pm
@Dominus - Try "PrimalItemConsumableEatable_WaterContainer_C"
Spicie 10 Nov, 2021 @ 5:01pm
like for a different resource the section of the override would be
(ResourceItemTypeString="PrimalItemConsumable_Egg_Lystro_C",BaseResourceRequirement=1.0,bCraftingRequireExactResourceType=false)

but whats the primalitem for water?
Spicie 10 Nov, 2021 @ 5:00pm
how do you reference water in a crafting cost override?
Poppernox  [author] 28 Sep, 2021 @ 7:27am
yep
Armed-N-Dangerous 23 Sep, 2021 @ 8:56am
How about fertilized "Aberrant Lystro" eggs?
Armed-N-Dangerous 21 Sep, 2021 @ 9:00am
Thanks!
Poppernox  [author] 21 Sep, 2021 @ 8:26am
Fertilized Lystro Eggs can now be used to craft XP Kibble Broth instead of just unfertilized.
Poppernox  [author] 21 Sep, 2021 @ 6:30am
@EZ2Remember - That is actually NOT intentional. I'll get that fixed and push out an update for that today.
Armed-N-Dangerous 20 Sep, 2021 @ 8:08pm
Is it intentional for us to not be able to use fertilized Lystro eggs? (I see that ark has 2 different spellings for the Lystro eggs, fertilized are called Lystrosaurus, and unfertilized are called Lystro .)
Armed-N-Dangerous 20 Sep, 2021 @ 5:30pm
@poppernox Was a mistake on my part. I got it working. Great mod! Thank you for this.
Poppernox  [author] 14 Sep, 2021 @ 6:53am
@⸸§êlêñï 夜 Ú¢hïhå⸸ - Thanks for finding! I updated the documentation.
⸸§êlêñï 夜 Ú¢hïhå⸸ 13 Sep, 2021 @ 9:43pm
Hi! Just came by to let you know that the String name for the XP Dusts are incorrect in your document for changing the Kibble's recipe. I manage to figure the correct ones myself but thought you might want to know and correct it for other people c8
Poppernox  [author] 9 Sep, 2021 @ 8:58am
@EZ2Remember - You're saying you installed the mod, loaded your game, unlocked the XP Kibble Pot engram, unlocked the XP Kibble Basic engram, and when you craft and place the XP Kibble Pot, you don't see the XP Kibble Basic recipe or ANY XP Kibble recipe in the Kibble Pot? They would only ever be in the XP Kibble Pot... never in your player inventory. What about the XP Dust? Do you see that in the Kibble Pot?
Armed-N-Dangerous 8 Sep, 2021 @ 3:19pm
EDIT: I've unlocked the engrams but don't see the kibble recipes in my crafting inventory or in the XP Kibble Pot. The Kibble Pot is the only craftable from this mod that shows up. (Single Player PVE)
Bmhxc1 4 Sep, 2021 @ 3:24pm
Overall this mod works great for our server's general usage. There's only two "issues" we found with our uses and intents for it.

1. We use the Tek Kibble as more of a small exp potion people can use to help train their tames obtainable through our point shop since it's the only one to deliver flat XP instead of XP rate. We found if you rapidly feed the kibble only a fraction of them will actually provide XP. If we wait about a second between feeds it always works. I think a timer like Wildcard does with force feeding raw meat would resolve this.

2. For admins relying on the tuning of the Tek kibble, it would be valuable if there was an option to allow Tek kibble to benefit from other kibble's XP rate boost rather than removing them so players can smartly plan out the usage of their kibble.

At the end of the day still a great mod we plan to keep using, thanks for the work put into this!
Goony 4 Sep, 2021 @ 12:19pm
Ok thanks!!
Poppernox  [author] 4 Sep, 2021 @ 8:24am
@Goony - You still need a normal cooker. Since the XP Kibble Pot unlocks at such a low level, we didn't want to render the industrial cooker useless.
Goony 4 Sep, 2021 @ 4:27am
Will the kibble cooker cook normal items such as normal kibble or lazarus chowder on top of the xp kibble? Or do I still need a normal cooker for those?
