The boat isn't moving for me. The propellers move but the ship doesn't.. All it does is tip the ship over.

Well thats pretty in depth but ill shorten it, The motor neurons release a chemical called acetylcholine. which is picked up by the neuromuscular junction which then tells ur muscles to move. In the arms case its the bicep which contracts while the tricep relaxes forcing the arm to curl upwards.

It's a great ship, I absolutely love it. The placement of the rooms, equipment, etc. is all perfect. It functions great, and it works like a gem. Although, I would have to definitely say there is room for improvement on the anchors. If the ship sits too long in rough seas, the anchor ropes will spread out and will not keep the ship in place. But, everything else is amazing, just the anchors that needs worked on! Keep it up!

I Think The Issue Is That I Am Playing That In Costum Gamemode And I Edit Area And Then I Put That Ship Somewhere near my Island. I Think That I Need Spawn That Ship By Edit Area. But That Edit Area Is Small To Spawn That Ship How To Get Bigger Edit Area To Spawn That?

If you turn the autopilot screen on in the bridge you will not have rudder control.

@frosty, it may be that a block on the bottom has been deleted. if the hull is not air-tight the whole thing sinks as with any boat.
