Just tested the map, he is definitely there for me. Was able to complete the mission by exctracting the HVT. No idea what happened to you

I have updated the map, hopefully the HVT will follow the heavily armed operators into the night now.

Really good but I had a lot of trouble extracting the HVT from the target building. Really odd issue that I don't even know if you can fix. His pathfinding gets really terrible and he refuses to leave the building. Currently I believe the only way to convince him to leave it would be to destroy the furniture obstructing the door - he doesn't like to leave through wall charge breaches.
