Only using this mod.
For the former, I looked at the modfile itself and the amphibious trait seems to not be there, for the latter, I don't -think- I had any other class-altering mods enabled (Dynamic Elysium was it)
Fixes:
Fixed testing cost on Erect Swamp Tower.
Fixed Muster Androphags description.
Rituals:
Troll King can now upgrade forests to Fungus Forests like originally planned. Be warned that this is a divergent upgrade that prevents other upgrades to a forest tile.
Maybe steam made the mod update while you worked at it, no idea.
But now it works :)
And all my witches lost there skills they got with the mod, skills like build swamps and so on.
Also and more importantly, I'm not able to build new Swamp Towers, no matter how far I am from the original tower. I think it might be an issue where the spell thinks that Guard towers/Watchtowers/etc are Towers (though I've done the tile counting for everything like that, and there's one or two swamps that should be away from anything tower-y where I still can't cast the thing), or maybe it's because all the viable options I have are Swamps created by corrupting swamps and forests, but then I can summon Trolls and whatnot in all of those swamps, so I don't think that's the problem either.
Sprites:
First batch of placeholder sprites swapped out.
Units:
Fire Troll health reduced slightly.
Fire Troll Shaman weapon AoE reduced from cone6 to cone4.
Unsubscribe, go to ...\steamapps\workshop\content\1606340\2585172422, delete FungalFright.c5m, restart steam and resubscribe to force a re-download (provided steam cooperates) and then try the mod by itself before trying it with other mods enabled.
As for ents: Eh, could probably stand to tone down the beam effect on the Entillery a bit, but otherwise I'm not worried.
As for bonus offers, 80% of those are vanilla, and the other 20% are balanced around the similar stats of those units to vanilla ones.
It seems like I am not getting my Goblin Legions when they say they appear still.

Also it would seem like the Ents and the bonus recruitment offers are way to powerful for the amount and the cost they get.
As for the legion upgrades (they are not new recrtuiments, only upgrades to existing goblins), they worked fine when set to 100% chance.
The game might have some sort of issue with having troop upgrades as a non-guaranteed recruitment option, which bears further investigation.
Fixes:
Fixed several weapon issues that sprang from my literal illiteracy.
Rewrote both Fire Trolls from scratch to (hopefully) fix the sprite issue.
Units:
Reduced Fire Troll's Fire Shield to 3, increased Fire Troll Shaman's Fire Shield to 5.
