I'm totally willing to be convinced of it being safe, but as it is, the calls in the obfuscated code look VERY sketchy - if you're willing to update the workshop version to be unobfuscated instead, that would be the easiest way to prove it's safe. Also, I'd ask about how it was obfuscated - because even if the source is clean, is it possible that malicious code was added during obfuscation, if, perhaps, you didn't do the obfuscation yourselves?

If what it does is add an aimbot and stuff why is it required for the tourney

Don't know how the mod was exactly obfuscated, but apart from that it's just a simple rage with aim and trigger.
Anyway, it was created only for people who want to take part in a tournament but can't code their own hack.

I'd be VERY wary of using this - aside from the lack of information provided about it, the code is obfuscated and contains highly suspicious calls to system functions that no normal mod should ever need. Obfuscation makes things hard to understand - but it doesn't create calls to access files and runtime handles out of nowhere.
