I will say that using the main mod is probably the most sane option at this point, since I never took the effort to add proper AI pointers to any of the individual mods. Plus, the starting armies are slightly larger on average in the main mod than in each individual mod, which reduces the chance of AI suicide even further. Nobody's forcing you to use it, but it is more feature-complete and generally stable.

I mostly use it to prevent half the AI's from suiciding by turn 10.
Otherwise I just use your mega-mod.
General:
Updated Amazon recruitment. Yes, I know it's been 5 months. Sue me.
I look forward to tweaks to the magistratus though, thanks for replying Commisar.
Not your fault of course, the governor unit got added to the senator by a game update abit back.
Fixes:
Scaled nonearby99req back to a known working restriction. If what I've been hearing over the last week is true, nonearby7req is acting like nonearby99req. If not, people are just not counting correctly.
# newritual "Create Capitol"

For some reason, the command "nonearby99req" is not working properly despite apearing in the mod manual perfectly explained. So it's not Commisar's fault.

Fixes:
Fixed several recruitment issues.
Renamed Devil Archers. The cat's out of the bag now.
Fixed a couple of typos.
Units:
Added gatherherbs to Shamans of the Eternal Sky. It's always the little things.
2.)I would have, save for the fact that capitols take up 4 tiles, each of them requiring a different tile, and I'd prefer to keep jank levels to a minimum.
3.) What can be done with boats right now is minimal bordering on nothing.
