Well I've tried different ways but it looks like this map is using some sort of Anti process checker. You can give your character anything. But can only place pick ups and nothing else. Even if you give yourself the tool gun and reverse it the option to place with the tool gun gets disabled by the map. Meaning you can not stage the map for a video or add any NPC characters.

As an elderly man of 30 something, I've actually been in a Sears before. The author of this clearly hasn't. The interior looks like a tiny Soviet bloc shopping mall; Sears was a singular store that was generally PART of a mall and it didn't sell food or have a laundry room. Like... at least do a little research before doing something like this. Could have at least figured out that Sears didn't have a bunch of other stores inside of it...
