[Switchable] Production Overflow Bug Fix

THIS IS NOT A BUG, production overflow use to work similar to this and was exploited so that overflow was stacked infinity. The developers didn't like the game play of not producing anything to wait on key techs/ civics to 1 turn wonders or districts. The way it works now to fix that issue is any overflow is added after the city's production but overflow doesn't carry over to overflow again only city production goes to overflow.

不适配了吧,我试了下 一轮收了2个石头一共收了46锤,城市产能5锤,狗子30锤,当前回合直接出了一个狗子之后下个狗子需要6天。50锤的产能浪费了20锤。

"Oh, that isn't a bug, it's a FEATURE!" Intentional or not, it's dumb. Is it not historically accurate to rape the land for resources in the short-term to expedite production rather than focus on long-term sustainable production?

im doing a Civilizations Expanded TSL Europe game as Germany and my ~290 production "Second Capital" was having severe troubles with this so thank you :)

It seem can not affect city project over flow to city project/building/district. more production will neither complete project more than one times a turn,nor produce overflow.
can it be take effect?

@John the Tactician, lol, seems that you didn't understand what the BUG (new overflow overwrite the old overflow) the mod trying to fix.

I don't think Production Overflow not applying correctly is a bug; it was an intended nerf to Production Overflow by FirAxis from harvesting features with several multipliers active (ex. 100% naval unit production with 50% Magnus Harvest to get 150% more production on a naval unit).

This overflow would significantly boost construction speed of wonders while building an army at the same time, making the Magnus harvest strategy too strong and overcentralized harvesting over actually developing city plots.

I'm not sure if this is a "bug". It feels like a feature that prevents the player from accumulating massive production by chopping multiple trees in one turn.
