So I don't think I'll be able to take a look at this before next weekend at the earliest. Sorry - should have clarified this in my first answer.
Just change the files you want to mod in the way you want and create a mod folder for them as described in the mod manager faq discussion. Then go to the ingame mod manager and publish it.

Ich denke worauf man allerings aufpassen muss, wäre bei den 'Terraforming'-Ketten. Im Spiel is es ja so, dass sich bei einer kleineren Entfernung zwischen zwei Gebäuden so kleine Wege bilden. Wenn das mit der Radien Erhöhung klappt, müsste man die noch anpassen, oder nen 'Mist' drauf geben, weil man ja schon sowieso die Radien erhöht hat. :D
Das mit aus dem Fenster schauen kenne ich, da hat man gleich noch weniger Lust an seiner Deutsch Abi-Klausur weiterzuschreiben. ^^
Heute haben wir zumindest ab und an etwas Sonne, die letzten Tage hat es quasi am Stück geregnet/gewittert. Echt demotivierend auf der Arbeit rauszuschauen und im 'Sommer' ist es Mittags dunkel...
Wegen der Terrain-Radien - es gibt 2 Xml-Dateien, in denen diverse Werte für die Terrains (wie etwa Terraingruppen, 'Terraforming'-Ketten und Ähnliches) definiert sind. Ich hoffe da fündig zu werden. :)
I'll have a look at the range. I've already an idea of where this information might be stored.
And regarding your english - it's totally ok for me (english isn't my native language either^^).
I love your texture mods. If you don't mind me asking, could you maybe increase the range/circle where these floor plates appear around a building? I noticed that these ranges are very small and it is nearly impossible to have bigger places with this ground without building and than destroying the building again.
It would add much more to the feeling of a real city, if the tiles were bigger.
Hopefully my english was not that bad ._.
