The 1.4 fix doesnt seem to work. The plant consumes power but produces no water. Anyone has a solution to this?

@MaxTillentine it is because there is a duplicated line of
<li Class="CompProperties_Breakdownable"/>
in the buildinDef. Just delete one of the line and it will be fine

Your Mod has a V1.4 folder, but is not mentioned as compatible in the About file. Why?

What this isn't updated to 1.4 its such a good mod for using ocean water.

For some reason it have two values of "maintanence percentage" that is added by the fluffy breakdowns. When pawn fixes the plant, first value is reset to 100, but second do not changes. So, sooner or later plant breaks down. Any solutions?

here's an idea: if you have a mod that add's salt, this produce's salt. But, maybe it auto-magicly will void salt if there is no space? It just "powderizes it and spreads it if none is left"

Considering that this uses 8000W of power, could you add a toggle power option to this? Had a colony that was doing well on electricity suddenly not so I had to compromise some things, but I couldn't switch this off.

Also, I definitely support Arcanant's and Wolski's petition to allow this to generate salt for Vanilla Cooking Expanded.

As Arcanant points out: Getting lots of free salt would just increase a colony's wealth. And that means more difficult raids. As a possible compromise, perhaps salt generation could be very small or disabled by default, with mod options to adjust it?

This is definitely something I was looking for. Very interesting. And the sprites look great!

But... Is this locked behind a research project? Or not? The description does not say.

You can adjust the amount of salt generated + if you get more value from the amount of salt you risk getting harder raids. I believe it would be an immersive way to introduce salt for cooking since mining for it is "meh" at best.

My evaporation pond mod exists for this purpose. A more efficient free salt generator risks turning into a free money cheat.

Any chance you will add in a method of getting VEC salt from this mod? Ik irl its been described as costly and uneconomical so i'd be fine with that to maintain balance. Looks like a great mod!

Uhh... does this Mod need the Dubs Bad Hygiene Mod, the Rimatomics Mod, both, or neither?
