I'm actively working with a few developers to get the rich presence working with the mods, and am implementing an API for mods to call their own custom text. No plans have been made for implementing user-generated text. But I'm sure I can work something out.

@CrazyContraption I'm looking for updates regarding cross-mod compatibility expansion and adding other mods via calling or referencing this mod, even customizing the text shown on discord in some way like how Lion8Cake does it with his Confection Rebaked mod in the tModLoader server or so I saw.

We're in the process of updating the images in the backend which takes time and does not contribute to the updated timestamp. Last update was actually about a week ago. However I noticed a few issues when playing with the mod yesterday that I will probably address.

Is there anything specific you wanted updates for?

It's on the roadmap. We have the mod side of things working fully, but are in the process of developing the Bot which will receive the messages and relay them to the server. We're currently working on a storage solution for managing the connection between Discord and Terraria.

pretty much any multi-segmented bosses (at least modded, haven't tested for vanilla) just display as "fighting multiple bosses"
Is there any way that you could possibly have it detect when something is part of the same boss (ex. Eater of Worlds, modded stuff like Desert Scourge)? That would be neato!

We've been trying to fix this mod for the past month already.
This mod uses external libraries, which are broken on the current version of tML, which are forbidden from loading.

This unfortunately means that ANY Discord-related mods will be broken until this is fixed. There are no alternatives. There are no workarounds. Please be patient.

You made Ore Excavator? Holy crops dude! I was looking for 1.4 Vein Miner until a friend told me about it. I got it like a while ago, and is able to suffice my needs about mining.

I have been recently made aware of the data fields you've suggested. I wasn't aware of their purpose until you mentioned it however. While this mod isn't a high priority of mine (Ore Excavator takes a much higher precedence), I still strive to keep it functional with simple patches like this that aren't a pain to release.

Please let me know of any other suggestions you might have in the future, as I'm pushing an update with the changes right now.

Hey dude, I dunno if you're still working on this mod or not, but little tip here:
When getting the player max life and max mana, use statLifeMax2 and statManaMax2 variables.
The statMaxLife and statManaMax are only used for checking how much life crystal/fruit/mana crystals you used.

The reason why I'm telling you this, is because I'm developing a rpg mod that also changes health and mana, and my discord tells me right now that I have:
237/240 HP, and 170/120 MP.

By the way, amazing mod. I wonder how other mods support will work, I hope it doesn't end up causing a cascade of infos.

Just tested this on the most recent version of tML of 1.4, and everything still seems to be working fine. Ensure that you have Discord set up correctly to show tML as your playing status.

If the issue persists, please check your other mods for compatibility issues, and if it STILL persists, reach out to my Discord handle CrazyContraption#0666 with your log files.

i dont play 1.4 tmodloader yet. but, im extremely hyped for this when 1.4 tmodloader enters full release. keep up the good work, and good luck!

Right now the main contributors are looking to merge 1.4 to the Master Github branch. For those that don't speak programming, it basically means they're looking to shift support away from 1.3, and start endorsing 1.4 as the default platform for new modders. If I had to give an ETA, I'd say the soonest would be early 2022, but far more likely it'll be fully released mid 2022. Mods like Calamity probably won't see a release until another 2-3 months after that time.

As it stands right now, the alpha is pretty much fully playable. There's a few issues with item frames, armor stands, and mod sounds, but other than that it's good to go and you probably won't notice any game-breaking issues during casual play. Steam multiplayer has been patched as of a couple days ago, so you can finally start playing with your friends easily again.
