I saw a video from Hutts where he also had another Tim, but he was crouching down and said "Psst!". I guess its for super secret rocks but is the mod for this one also somewhere to find?

I changed hutts with look because I thought it was weird for people who arent hutts, which is most people

there are two frames, one says omg and one says look. I couldn't figure out why or how it chooses between these two, probably random.

You could cange it in the animation editor, the texture is still there. Search for isaac animation editor on Youtube for a tutorial. I can post the old version in the comments if its too complicated
