just tried it now, didn't work, can uproot but cannot select to replant once the tree was minified :(

well this is the error that popped up again a few days ago

"XML error: Could not find parent node named "MinifiedBase" for node "ThingDef". Full node: <ThingDef ParentName="MinifiedBase"><defName>MinifiedTree</defName><label>minified tree</label><thingClass>MinifiedTree</thingClass></ThingDef> "

Can click the extract tree option, but once it minified can't select it again, same as before. I'll try replanting again with the game later

As of today, CE has been updated and this mod is redundant.

newest ce snapshots doesnt have aliens fixed yet, so this is a godsend in the interim

Yeah no shit there's a fix for it, but it's not been pushed to the master version yet

As of right now, i can assure you that you can safely keep this mod even with the next version of CE. It'll throw a red error to alert you, but that error doesn't actually cause any problems.
