I like the idea of using a cheat menu but i don't like having to use console commands to change a map to enable sv_cheats 1 which stops you from earning achievements. I've already 100% completed this game on xbox, Not on my steam account though. That's why i'd rather rush earning achievements. Is it possible to make it achievement friendly?.

go into config under left 4 dead 2 in your steamapps and make a file (any document works) and put something like bind "/" "show_menu Menu" in it and save it and when you go into the game bind the key you want using the console

For those wondering, you've gotta make a file in the directory where Steam is located in Steam\SteamApps\common\Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\cfg then you gotta make a text file and rename it to "autoexec.cfg (you need to enable the file type in the title to change it to a .cfg from .txt) and in that file, you need to put * bind "<key>" "show_menu Menu" * without the asterisks. Then restart left 4 dead 2, and in there you need to go to console and type "sv_cheats 1" and then type "map <map-name>" and it'll launch you in which you NEED to use the command

(To find map names, just type " maps * " in the console WITH the asterisk this time)

An example is that I set my bind to ] via < bind "]" "show_menu Menu" > and did < map c1m2_streets.bsp > and then pressing < ] > opens the menu. There is an issue where certain special infected don't spawn for some reason, i'm working to figure it

O yeah make it if you can to have it already be set without having to add sv_cheats 1.

Add a spawn l4d1 l4d2 characters, Add a Tp/Warp, For the spawn l4d1 l4d2 characters for the control thing to control the l4d1 chracters in a l4d2 map or game to control them double click the number, for more tabs like more fun things just make 9 the next button to have more things, Please And Thank You :).

Crashes game when tested mod by itself with no other mods installed, happens usually when I try to spawn an ammo pile.

How I can use this in Versus?

BROOOOOOOOOOOOOO THIS IS BETTER THAN ADMIN MENU 2.0

This works but is missing steps......

1. Open Console in Left 4 Dead 2 Main Menu use tide key (~).

2. In in the console type "sv_cheats 1" and hit enter to activate this command allowing cheats to be used in L4D2!

3. Now in the console type "map mapname" and it enter to launch the map / campaign you want to use the mod menu on! e.g below (search for map IDs as cant post here due to text limit)

Map Name Map ID
Dead Center c1m1_hotel

4. Once in game open Console up again! type "bind "n" "show_menu Menu" in the console to use the menu in game (Where 'n' is whatever key you bound the mod menu to)
