i cant get it offline at all

@Cryptic_Sausage Theres a chance you have a different version from the one being run on the server, go into your maps folder (steam/steamapps/common/counterstrikeglobaloffensive/csgo/maps) and move the map to your desktop or delete it. If the server has fastDL, you can just download the map by joining the server and having it download its version to you.

Having problems loading into a server playing this map, I have the map downloaded but it keeps saying I am missing the map

Enable it in your options -> game settings tab under enable developers console

how do you open the console

You have to change your settings through the console
Open console and type sv_airaccelerate 150
Hit enter
Close console

It works on server but i slip right off the ramps offline. Anyone know whats happening?

ok so the place the square hole is supposed to go in the map is just replaced by a solid square for me. is that how it's supposed to be?

One of the only good remakes of the real Rebel Resistance.

If you are facing MidKnights error it is because the map MUST be launched via play with friends > custom map > Surf_rebel_scaz_njv. The weapons in this are CS 1.6 weapons, when you load via console command map surf_rebel_scaz_njv it attempts to load the weapons and crashes. Loading via the above mentioned method disables loading the maps weapons

Hello, came across this map on a server the other day thought it was pretty cool, downloaded it, however i get an error every time i try and open it in CS:GO,

"../../game/shared/cstrike15/weapon_csbase.cpp 1123 Weapon '' script file not found, but its data was accessed. This error is fatal."

Not to sure what this is, didn't know if anyone would be able to shed some light. Thank you :)

@✪jake LD When you're in the main menu, click "Play" and select "Offline With Bots," then select "custom" for the gamemode, and at the top of the menu, it'll say "Common" or "Workshop," select workshop, and your map will be displayed. Jesus Christ, I just realised your comment was made a year ago.

open your console with the ~ key (make sure its enabled in your settings) and type "map surf_rebel_scaz_njv" and then press enter.
before choosing your team, open console again and type "bot_kick".
finally, to make sure you can surf it, open console after picking your team and type "sv_airaccelerate 150"
Should be good to go from there
An easier method is to just play it on any public surf server such as any of the 10 OG servers, as well as a few others out there.

Contact Zet for a better fix, its not a problem with the map its a problem with the server

yea i keep doing deletes and going straight to the server to download and nada
... also its one of the OG newbsurf servers

There are two main versions of the map, _njv and the regular version
Timer servers such as OJ run _njv
Combat servers will run the regular version
Servers also often edit maps to fit their servers, so you might be joining a server with a modified version. If you still cant get it to work, delete the file in your maps directory and download directly from the server.

just everytime I try to join a server with it, it either says i have a different version of the map or Idon't have it
