anyone know if someone picked this up or is it fully abandoned?

Je découvre cette carte, et quelle claque je prends. Elle est tout simplement magnifique. Vraiment dommage qu'elle soit abandonnée pour le moment, même si je comprends le créateur. La charge de travail est immense. Dans tous les cas, bravo à lui pour le travail réalisé.

This mod breaks my heart as it so far is the single nicest modded map I have yet to come across. To see it abandoned is very sad.

Please make sure that all of your mod files aren't named the exact same thing, so we know which ones to order properly, pretty hard to get right when all 3 files are named the exact same thing. Thanks

stronglight79: in your active mod list you use in game, scroll or grab both Gothic & Gothic-Assets Pack down to bottom list. Gothic-Assets need be bottom first then Gothic second

First of all I take my hat off to you for all the work you've done so far with this mod.
Your discord link is no longer valid so please, either state in the opening lines of the mod that this is a non-complete unplayable WIP, or remove the mod completely until such time that you have the time to make it playable.

By posting the mod you are inviting players to use it, so please make it playable for the players you are inviting.
So frustrating when you invest hrs of playing time, only to find it is a waste of time.

I love the map. Just so disappointed in the execution.

And if anyone is wondering what's up with the mod, I'll honestly say that I lack a bit of motivation to continue, but maybe one day I'll start working normally.

It probably has to do with the amount of work and responsibilities at home and taking on extra things (work) to earn some money for the household budget :)

Don't take it badly, but the game devs have accustomed players to the map and the displayed position where the player is. I want to abandon the concept of the map under the "M" key.

In this mod, the maps will be as items to buy and open in the inventory, but there will be good, accurate maps and incorrectly described/drawn/outdated maps.
So simply don't get used to what you see because it's only a temporary thing and it will disappear someday.

So i have an issue. I dont know if its a mod doing this but there are mot any waypoint markers on the map or mini map. I cant see where i am

Love this map and can't wait untill its done and we can play it online and not just in solo/coop game.

Did others encounter a "problem" of not able to craft a construction hammer?

While the map is wonderful and I like it a lot. It does "mess up" the original religion tech tree. probably to match the lore of the map. I thought I will point it out.

hi, "This is custom map so it must be selected as the main map while creating your new session/server." means that this map mod works as a REPLACE on the exiled land or... like that isle map works as a separated one?

@Verrix find serversettings.ini, in there find NPCMaxSpawnCapMultiplier=1.000000 and changed to NPCMaxSpawnCapMultiplier=0

I would be grateful for any hint, other maps work in multiplayer mode, only Gothic freezes when creating characters.

This was done in only 2 years! Imagine this person had 3d artist/developers to help him out with creature models and programming/writing scripts for traders and events/quests. I guess he has no financial help like big studios only the engine/devkit and conan base game. Everytime i see something like it i know payed developers have a buttload of constraints.

Anyways this is huge even if it takes two more years to complete and than it is even more something you can be proud of. Good job man.

I've just seen you've already started to craft gothic magic scrolls and you already have healing potions and the weapon Uriziel and co. That's Mega Hammer Uriziel you've done really well, I think I'm celebrating it hard that you've added sounds to the monsters that's really cool it would be cool if you could upload the armor and weapons and of course the monsters with a different sound as a separate mod so that we have something to bridge over :D really good keep it up

So first of all thank you for doing this this is almost a dream coming true for me please don't give up stay tuned as far as the Weld is concerned I think it deviates a bit too far from the original the castle gate in the old camp and after the exchange place the small gate in front of the mine that had no tower such things as an example but the armor looks really good especially the paladin armor there is heart and soul in it you can also see the knight armor really great if I can support you somehow let me know and finally you wrote in the plans that you intend to improve the npc ai i don't know exactly what you are planning but that sounds like an extremely complex thing that i would only do when i was finished hope you also build bar of them good magic and the armor of the guardsmen and what the holy grail would be, of course, the gothic monster zombies orcs trolls you know I wish you the best of luck thank you for doing this
