I might try to work on SFO3 with thought about seperating modules but no promises!

"New SFO units" is a set of units that your team has already added and balanced in SFO. No need to make any rebalances from vanilla stats.
New SFO units: Goblin Spear Chukkas, Tomb Barque, Lothern Skycutter, etc.
If adding "New SFO units" violates the concept of the mod, is there a chance of adding a submod to add "New SFO units"?
Well, or adding "New SFO units" to this mod and adding a submod to disable "New SFO units"?

Cant quite figure out what the issue is.
Mount "Arachnarok spider" from the "Supreme Goblin Shaman" is available at level 16. Although the "Arachnarok spider" itself clearly corresponds to the mounts 20-21 level.
P.S. If in the main mod the spider is also available at level 16, then my proposal to increase the level requirement from 16 to (20-21) is also relevant for the main mod.

2) Should Skaven slaves cost free? Wasn't that justified by the mostly SFO limit?
