I don't usually like "drawn character floating over other character's in-game head" unusual effects, but you managed to shade this pretty well. It doesn't look so garish that it wouldn't fit in-game, nice job.

i like this one alot, but i think adding sparkles wasnt necessary, seriously this damn sprite is in almost every new effect, gets kinda annoying
