anyway you could replace more of the cardboard box houses with fully destructable ones? and put a f-ton of infantry in the, love really brutal urban warfare like that

Thanks CrusaderLite , Dang floating buildings have always haunted this mod. Might be anytime the assets used from other mods update, which causes coordinates to reset or some shiz. I'll try to update soon!

Thanks for the feedback Warriorhobo3 - when I made this I made it to where it runs fine on my machine and didn't put a whole lot of consideration into the builds of other people.

I intended this to be less of a linear approach and instead a mission that the player could have more freedom to move around the map and assault the city as they saw fit.

For the sake of performance I'll consider breaking up the map into smaller sections to attack and possibly just upload it as a separate mod. Time is my biggest enemy right now for getting a lot done but I'll see what I can do.

id say to split up the map into secitons that you have to attack instead of leaving the entire map open. , and once you control 1 point then you move onto the next area and the older areas unload

hey man this mod is simply not fun too play. theres too much for the game to handle. i have a very good PC that i made myself. Its just too laggy to enjoy

There are no restrictions. All other mods fly on ultra settings. I noticed one feature that you most likely have in your mission. This kind of stuttering problem happens when textures overlap each other. For example, when tanks appear from the edge of the map and do not drive off. And new tanks appear, they crash into already standing tanks. And here such lags appear. Most likely, somewhere on the map there is an imposition of weapons or equipment on top of each other and they cannot take a fixed form. I hope you find.

@stic85 - The only lag I notice is during the opening scene but gets better after that. I don't see why you would have any issues on your rig tbh other than maybe the GPU but I would think a 1080 TI would handle it (if someone else is using a 1080 here without probs let us know). To compare: I'm running an 9th gen Intel i7-9750 with 32GB ram, NVIDIA RTX 2080 MAX-Q and SSD. Are you throttling anything on your system using something like ThrottleStop?

Strongly slows down on good iron. The system is clean and up to date. The resources of the video card are used by 15%. CPU resources are used by 25%. Setting the game to the minimum does not solve the problem, it still lags. Processor fks-8320, 16 gb ddr3, video 1080 ti. ssd system, hdd sata3

Hi AK SOAP - I tested and I'm loading into the mission just fine. Do you have enough RAM to load into the mod? (There are a lot of assets in this mod, so you'll need a pretty decent gaming rig to run it) Did you try deleting the mod from your hard drive and then re-subbing to it/re downloading? Make sure you enabled and have all the required mods updated and have them all enabled. This mod and the Contact and MoW2 Mod need to be activated along with this one. Also - if you're running any other mods and trying to play this one it could cause problems. I tested with only running this mod and the other 2 without problems so maybe try that.

Hm I'll see if I can get the planes to drop bombs. Didn't know it hasn't been doing that, thx for letting me know, Oblo.

Good tip - I'll probably remove that and add more smaller arty pieces. It's pretty powerful, but when I had this only in the Editor (with no save) I wanted the player to have something to ease that and advance quickly. Now that it's in SP I will rework the defenses to give it more of a challenge. Appreciate the advise man.

And OFC, I enjoy making them. I have a couple new maps and missions in the works that still have a bit to go, but hopefully it won't be too much longer before I release them.

Hi again @Hans the Heathen, I finish it and I like it too much. A few opinion.
The plane don't drop the bomb(don't know you maybe did like that), just shooting with mg and 2cm gun.
And the 15cm arty make everything too easy, if you want to made it more challenging, you can replace with a little bit short range weapons. Because enemy couldn't use any AT guns, before ı kill all of them with it.
Across the river, between buildings, it feel like more soldiers can be there, especially around and behind the KV2, or between all buildings and streets, maybe around the church.The rigt side of across the river and infront of my spawn points are okey, but you can deploy a little more people to the around of the AA guns and left side of across the river.
Anyway thanks for modding, ı hope we can see more content like that.:steamthumbsup:

I figured out the problem that you had with setting up in SP, thanks to =E.M.A.N=斟茶兵(ranger ) help. You need to add 0.1 delay to the very first trigger in the mission in order for the cursor and mission UI to pop up. Very weird system.

Thanks Enkin - yeah I'm still trying to get SP working. I've tried what xtasy mentioned but still no luck. Been a little busy with work so getting to this when I get some time. I know you all want to be able to save since this can be a long mission. Will keep you all updated.

@Felix - working on that next. Having some trouble with interface not showing up when testing in SP (no UI or mouse cursor) so once I finish troubleshooting that will get into SP.
