Hey all, for whoever keeps track on this, while sadly the Cirno mod is on hold me and my friend are creating a new mod. One that will be released in July 9th.

Haha thanks but you don't have to, if anything i would be better if i had some people working alongside, i have some ideas for other hoi4 mods and i've been working on a new one but with a job and life and other projects it does get a bit stalled.
Either way i do try to keep on working on a slow pace to burn myself out and working on ideas/gfx/code and more does take time but that's life.

I would like to update it, but got a lot of work and i can't spend time on this sometimes, i even got another hoi4 touhou mod in some development, either i get some people to help me or this summer i'll try to cook up something.

There should be an update tomorrow, it's a bugfix for now with a little balance of certain things. I will start working on a rework of the focus tree and the map.
