dropping the mask would be a good idea, demo is the best class to make a shaman out of but it's just too much

@Lapis If you're going off of class recognition by just the class's head and not everything else that makes Demoman unique - like is overall silhouette, his loadout and his animations that make him stand out from a distance compared to the other classes in the game - then I'm afraid this is a you problem.

I literally had no idea what class this was for until i actually clicked the image. It looks well made I guess, but class recognition is less than zero.

Having the primary hood color be paintable is too much.

Tbh, I wouldn't mind having just the hood and the medallion and dropping the mask.

Still, it looks good.
