@YahagiHonoka Only use one at a time, the legacy is just the older version of the map for people that liked it before the re-design

Brother, when I use your mod, there is an error conflict displayed in the mod map. The main error files are Pitstop and Pitstop Legacy. Should we disable the latter mod?

I feel like I'm the only one having issues with mod. It works as legacy but I can't get the rest of it to be there it just becomes open road and forest. I miss the congestion and more shops. Anyone else having this issue?

@✪Sr.Pan The game has mechanisms to limit the number of zombies on screen. When you clear an area and leave, the game may spawn additional zombies that we're limited before. Additionally, the zombie migration option allows zombies from adjacent cells to move into the cleared area. In map-making, we can only influence the number of zombies that spawn via the heat map, but we don’t have control over other spawn settings. If you disable respawn, it will also be disabled on our map.

@✪Sr.Pan - that's awesome that you love it! It's a pretty dense populated map, not sure what would cause the "respawn". it's likely the zombies regrouped outside the city and are filtering/resettling into the areas you thought were cleared.

thanks man! i appreciate that info a lot. I'm playing a very hard game with tons of sprinter zombies and trying to work my way into louisville from that side, so it is relevant to me.

@Viper Yeah it was just a hidden little path leading through the woods to a hidden base spot. It was requested by a streamer called Klean and because he helped us a lot with testing during the early days it was a little nod to him.

regarding those two cells: i've discovered the "Black Coffee Co" which is clearly a "black site" of sorts. I haven't made it over to the west end of the two cells, which i think includes the grand ohio mall or whatever, so i'd really like to have some knowledge of what's being changed over there. god forbid i get over there and discover the mall is gone lmao

of course the ingame map is no help, it just appears vanilla

Should still probably remove some since theres a fine line between difficulty and tedium and this crosses it more then a few steps. It's just tedious after a point with so many

@Prysh One of the points of the map is to serve as a difficult roadblock between Rosewood and Muldraugh, aiming to make the game more challenging for seasoned players who find it easy to move back and forth between the towns. Obviously, this approach might not be for everyone but it was one of the main reasons we made the map :cherrypie:

Too many roadblocks takes too much effort to clear them. I suggest reducing the number of obstacles in future versions.

@Lonely Knightess We have a lot of changes planned which we will work on when B42 is out. We are aware of the texture issues and will resolve this when we return to modding. In regards to the meme items we put in we will be making them a separate entity to the map. You will still be able to get these items on the map but it will require an additional provided mod/option. This is so Pitstop can feel closer to Vanilla as it was intended originally.

@Lonely Knightess When it comes to weapons, it varies. Some are designed to complement the buildings we place them in, but ultimately, we created these maps for our own enjoyment. While there might be aspects that some people don't like, we're always open to people making edits to suit their preferences, as long as it's not just a clone upload we're cool with it. Regarding the image/file sizes, we'll certainly look into that when we return to the mod to get it working for B42. Thanks for bringing it to our attention! :spiffo:

It should be noted that images above 2048x2048 can cause memory leaks, I sorted every image file in the 400+ mods I have downloaded by size and the top of the list is a bunch of Pitstop meme item textures in both file size and aspect ratio.

Hi, for your B42 update, if you still planning to, please separate the extra items from the base map and have them as different mod id so people who don't want them can choose not to enable them. Thanks.

I'd like to say, from the bottom of my heart, this town has been absolute Hell on Earth for my friends and I every time we come close to it. We have a whole livestream of pretty much just TRYING to survive it and mowing down endless zombies, was pretty fun though lol

Why did you put in the description that Pitstop uses the 46x4 and 47x4 cells ?
I'm a bit confused because those two cells are located North-East of Louisville, very far from the actual location of Pitstop East of Rosewood.

Hi, really like the mod! Awesome job - some really cool places to visit and explore. I've found a few tile errors but not sure if you'll update them as it says you are no longer modding. Firstly, in the garage/warehouse North West of the big cemetery, the metal wall shelves are facing the wrong direction on the tile. Secondly, in the gun store to the East (the one with the attached factory/shooting range), the actual gun shelves don't have weapons in and instead generate loot with things like pencils and erasers. They aren't big issues but just thought I'd let you know in case you ever do an update!
